I'm Kip Lee. I started Rain Dog Roofing because I got tired of guys in skinny jeans and Corvettes ruining this industry. 96% of contractors fail. We always choose reputation. One owner. One roof at a time. I do every single estimate myself.

I've been in home improvement for over 30 years. My companies have been recognized on the Inc. 500, the Remodeling 500, and the Replacement Contractor 100 — not because someone found us, but because we raised our hand and submitted. You have to be president of your own fan club. I was cited multiple times in industry trade publications by the late Jim Cory, longtime editor of Replacement Contractor and Remodeling magazines. Jim was a mentor and a friend. He taught me that telling your story matters — to everyone and anyone.
